Our factory covers 3000 square meters and has done ISO9001:2008 certificate by SGS, we focus on high effective management and strict quality control system, keep pursuing production cost optimization to increase the value for the customers. Tooling workshop: including 2 sets of CNC machines, 1 set of EDM machine, computerized machining machines, etc. 2. Individual and dust-proof silicon mixing room to protect the cleanliness of the material, and rubber material mixing room is separated too. 3. Processing workshop: 10 sets of compression machines including advanced vacuum machines (the size is from 100tons to 300tons), 2 sets of plastic injection molding machines. Separated blocks for rubber and silicon production, the same dust-proof workshop and closed-end management to protect the cleanliness of the product and keep confidential of the all projects for our customers. 4. Engineering and R&D room: all kinds of testing instruments for necessary testing in the production.
